Reservation Process

To ensure a smooth travel experience, we operate with a simple two-step reservation system:
Reservation Request → Payment → Booking Confirmation

Step 1: Submit a Reservation Request

Start by selecting the services you need, such as accommodations, luggage transfers, guides, and activities.
● Search: Find your desired services
● Select: Review and choose the appropriate plan and pricing
● Add to Cart: Add multiple services to your cart as needed
● Review: Confirm the details and agree to the Terms & Conditions
● Submit Request: Your request will be sent to our staff to begin the coordination process

Step 2: Confirm Your Booking with Payment

Our team will contact each service provider to arrange your selected items.
Once the arrangements are complete, you will receive a Reservation Arrangement Completed email.
Then, please follow the steps below to finalize your booking:
● Log in to your Account Page
● Review the details and total cost
● Agree to the Terms & Conditions and complete full payment by credit card
※Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the arrangement email. If payment is not confirmed within this period, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

Receive Your Voucher & Prepare for Your Trip

Once your payment has been confirmed, our staff will email you a Travel Voucher (Reservation Confirmation Document). Please print and bring this voucher with you, as you may be asked to show it to service providers.

Emails You Will Receive

During and after the reservation process, you will receive the following emails:

1. Reservation Request Received – Acknowledges that we have received your request (this is not a confirmation)
2. Reservation Arrangement Completed – Notifies that your services have been arranged and payment is now required
3. Booking Confirmation – Confirms that your payment has been received and your reservation is complete
   ※Important: These emails may be filtered into your spam or junk folder. Please add info@kumano-tour-creation.com and tour_ktc@kumano-tour-creation.com to your safe sender list to ensure proper delivery.
