Kumano Tour Creation, headquartered in Wakayama City, has built a strong reputation in the tourism industry over the years. Our mission is to provide comfortable and safe travel experiences for visitors exploring the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route.

How do I make a reservation?
Our reservation process consists of two steps: Reservation Request → Payment → Confirmation. Add your selected services to the cart, submit the request, and once you receive the arrangement email, complete your payment within 48 hours to confirm the booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments only (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.).
When will I receive my travel voucher?
After your payment is confirmed, our staff will send your travel voucher (PDF) to your registered email address.
